Gandhinagar: Yuvrajsinh Jadeja, the student activist who recently exposed the Gujarat Chief Registrar’s Recruitment Examination Paper Leak Scam, on Tuesday released new allegations of a new scam in the recruitment department of the Department of Gujarat on Tuesday. state energy.

Following the allegations, the government of Gujarat ordered an investigation by a panel headed by the Principal Secretary (Energy and Petrochemicals).

Jadeja alleged malpractice in various recruitments within the energy department in 2021.

“People associated with the Maharashtra-based NSCIT are implicated in the scam. A total of Rs 21 lakh has been paid for an exam copy, Rs 1 lakh paid in advance and the remainder to be paid after screening. The epicenters of the scam are the districts of Aravalli, Banaskantha, Mehsana and Sabarkantha. A person named Ajay Patel, who runs courses at Bayad, is responsible for the scam, ”Jadeja told media.

“Similar scores were given in a single sequence and 18 people from the same village with the same last name were recruited. Recruitment exams for PGVCL, DGVCL and UGVCL take place online, where answers are leaked from the control room by hacking into computers, ”Jadeja said.

He also claimed that he had genuine evidence in the form of audio and video recordings, and further alleged that malfeasance had prevailed in recruiting to the Department of Energy for the past three years.

“Dhaval Patel, Kushang Patel, Hitesh Patel, Rajnish Patel, Priyam Patel, Anchal Patel, Rahul Patel, Pradip Patel, Babu Patel, Jigisha Patel and Dhruv Patel are the people who benefited from this scam and joined government jobs”, Jadeja claimed, as he demanded an impartial investigation into the matter.

Following the allegations, the government of Gujarat ordered an investigation by a committee headed by Mamta Varma, Principal Secretary (Energy and Petrochemicals).
